Welcome to ImanTrack. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ImanTrack mobile application and our website. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using our App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the services.
1. Use of the Services
ImanTrack grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the mobile application for your personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices owned or controlled by you.
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, or international laws.
- Sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute the application to third parties.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our application, servers, or networks.
2. User Accounts
To access certain cloud-based features (such as multi-device synchronization), you may be required to register a user account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at yy.faroun@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the ImanTrack website, application, content, code, logos, and UI designs are owned by ImanTrack or our licensors. These works are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws globally. You may not use our branding, logos, or screenshots for commercial distribution without our prior written consent.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The ImanTrack application and website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the tracking metrics, charts, or notifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImanTrack disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ImanTrack, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the app or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the application from your devices and deleting your account.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
